This workshop will be a safe space for womxn of all orientations, and relationship statuses to explore the complicated task of navigating sexuality and relationships in sobriety. Participants will learn, share, explore, and support each other during guided activities and open discussion.

Annie is the host of Filling the Void: Spirituality and Sobriety bimonthly at Mama’s Wellness Joint, she is a trained SMART Recovery facilitator and certified Grey Area Drinking Recovery Coach. She regularly hosts Sober Ladies Happy Hours and workshops via Henstails Mocktails and Events, henstails.com

Colette, LCSW, MSW, MEd.  has been a practicing Sex and Relationship Therapist in Philadelphia since 2012.  She has a passion for helping individuals reach their fullest potential in how they love themselves and how they choose to share that love with others. Trauma Informed.
