Prenatal Strength Training for Labor + Birth: A 12-Week On-Demand Series

This 12-week series of on demand prenatal strength training classes is curated and led by certified prenatal/postpartum health + fitness coach, Kate Jesuele. Each workout will progressively prepare your body and mind for labor + birth as well as build a foundation of resiliency for postpartum recovery.

The series is intended to be followed in order - one class per week - but you have the freedom to shuffle it in any way that best fits your unique needs and preferences on a daily or weekly basis. You can replay and repeat any video as many times as you'd like throughout the course of 12+ weeks.

Recommended props and equipment include the following: a yoga mat or cushioned surface for knee comfort, 1-2 yoga blocks, a range of light-to-moderately heavy weights (resistance bands, dumbbells and/or kettle bells). You can also improvise with various "props" you have on hand at home (e.g. 12-32 oz. cans of food or bottles of water as weights, hardcover books as blocks, etc.).
