This workshop is designed for those who have never done yoga before or yogis that want to fine tune their understanding of the poses. In this workshop we will go over breath work, alignment, and the fundamental elements of the practice. If you have never done yoga before, would like to dust off some cobwebs, or fine tune your practice, this series is for you! Patrice particularly loves working with beginner yogis and witnessing their inspirational improvements.
