Melt into bliss as you dive into a meditation and gentle movement session. We will get grounded, clear our energetic fields, and move stress + unwanted tension out of the body, calling in our true essence of peace and calm. Winding down into Savasana and total relaxation, you will be transported into an immersive soundbath experience with Sarah Hummel.
And there's more! For the final hour of our time together we invite you to one of the most profound and ancient healing rituals: sauna! If there is anything more deeply relaxing than the combo of meditation + gentle yoga + sound bath + sauna, we need to know! Step into your bathing suit and begin the wonderful ceremony of sauna - cold shower plunge - relax and repeat!
