Much healing is needed during this time. Therefore, we will connect & breathe while holding space in support of all BIPOC—Black, Indigenous, People of Color—in our local & greater communities. Transformational Breath Work is a profound self healing method that allows you to tap into source vibration and clear away negative emotional patterns in the electromagnetic field. We can’t change the things that have happened to us, but we can change the way we feel about them. Come and take a moment to breathe while you experience the medicine that lies in the magic within you!

Breath provides an incredible opportunity to connect each person more deeply with themselves, each other and the collective vision of peace. This practice facilitates growth & transformation rooted in meaning and purpose. Connecting music and breath, we will work on the vibrational, energetic level to integrate negative beliefs and transform them into feelings of self love, joy, and acceptance.

Our Breath Workshop will begin with intention setting, move through self inquiry & guided Transformational Breath Work, then conclude with a mindfulness mediation.

  • No experience in Breathwork is needed to join.

  • Since the session with be virtual, in preparation, make sure you are somewhere private & comfortable. Feel free to turn your camera off during the session, and all participants will be muted.

  • Eat light in the hours leading up the workshop (deep breathing on a full stomach isn’t the easiest).

  • Ideally you will be lying down for the session, but if necessary, the breath can be done in a comfortable chair.

  • Set up a mat, pillow, or blanket if possible. Get comfortable so you don't need to get up or move during the workshop.

  • Dress in comfortable, nonrestrictive clothing.

  • Set up your space with low lighting, soft music, candles, incense or anything that will make you feel good!

  • All that is truly needed is an open mind & heart
