TRE is a self-regulation technique that can be used by anyone to help reduce stress and tension. During this time of self-isolation it is nice to have a way to help yourself stay calm and grounded. When we are grounded we will experience less fear and anxiety, and therefore less pain and stress-related symptoms, and we will enjoy a clearer mind and calmer nervous system.
This online workshop is limited in size due to the attention everyone will get. When you register you will get a guide on how to set up your camera for the best results. There will be ample time for questions and answers as well as time to experience the tremoring.
Bonnie Pariser has been providing TRE to groups and individuals since 2014. She studied directly with TRE founder Dr. David Berceli, and is also a Yoga Therapist and teacher.
