After years of teaching English around the world and practicing yoga informally, Hannah traveled to Rishikesh, India in 2018 to earn her 200 hr yoga teaching certification. In the year that followed, Hannah became a trained birth doula and went on to earn her prenatal yoga teaching certification with Mama Tree Yoga in San Francisco, CA in 2019.

Her focus in any yoga class is on alignment, explaining the benefits and purpose of various asanas, and presenting modifications as strengths not weaknesses. Hannah's favorite part of teaching prenatal yoga is helping build the community of new parents-to-be and weaving doula wisdom into each prenatal yoga class to help her students feel empowered and knowledgeable about their pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum.

In addition to teaching weekly prenatal yoga classes through Mama's Wellness Joint, Hannah helps Paige with the studio's daily virtual operations to make sure everything is running smoothly.
