Whether pregnancy has you glowing and feeling your best, has you feeling like you're barely hanging on or anywhere in-between, you deserve a space and time set aside for you to revel in this unique and exciting season of life. Your time with your medical caregiver is likely quite limited with precious little attention devoted to some of the things that matter most to you as a pregnant person - things like dealing with the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy, sifting through the abundance of information available to you about pregnancy and birth, and navigating your relationship with your partner, your family, your employer and even strangers in the grocery store aisle.
This group is facilitated by Elizabeth Varaso, our resident Childbirth Educator, doula, mama of four and a bona fide birth junkie. Elizabeth is an incurable optimist and loves helping pregnant people and their families discover their own inner-wisdom that guides their bodies and minds through the experience of growing, birthing and parenting a baby. This group meets once a month and will rotate through foundational topics, leave ample time for question-based discussions and will occasionally include special guests and/or door prizes.
