Class Descriptions

ADULT CLASSES:

ALL Classes are currently virtual. Open to all*, no experience required!

Gentle Vinyasa – A nurturing all levels vinyasa practice where movement and restorative poses are weaved together. You will still get a flow, but also a bit more R&R. This class is good for beginners, a more mature age, and postpartum.

Radiant Flow – A little bit Align & Flow, a little bit Gentle Vinyasa, this will be a sweet, fluid, and energized flow for the whole body. Tapping into some restorative love through movement and breathwork, we guarantee that you will walk off your mat feeling radiant!

Rebuild Your Core – This class is designed to meet you where you are. Each class starts with guided breath work to relax the nervous system, moves into core-stabilizing exercises to increase spinal stability, progresses into hamstring and quad stretches, and finishes with abdominal bracing exercises with pelvic floor support. Learn to coordinate breath with small, mindful movements with the goal of slowing down and mastering the fundamentals. Deb will answer all your pelvic floor questions!

Yin Flow & Restore – Yin Flow & Restore Class combines a gentle Vinyasa Flow with Deep Slow Yin postures that are bookended with delicious Restorative Postures. The intention of this offering is to help you overcome the midweek slump with ease, balance, and an extra dose of self-care!

Reiki Restorative - Reiki Restorative Yoga is a deeply meditative and restful practice that expertly weaves energy healing into restorative yoga. Through supported variations of ancient sacred shapes (asanas) students receive hands-on or distance Reiki allowing their body to deeply relax, releasing stress and tension while promoting the body’s natural ability to heal.

Goddess Rising Chakra Balancing - Sacred movement is one of the most beautiful ways that we can embody and connect to the essence of the moon. In each class we will focus on the chakras and parts of the body that are most activated by the Luna energy. Weaving in breathwork, meditation, and movement, it will be a sumptuous experience for one and all!

PRENATAL YOGA:

Prenatal Yoga – Women carry a deep wisdom that intuitively understands the very natural process of birth. Through reconnecting with this wisdom, we will guide you through a yoga class specifically designed for the journey of pregnancy, interweaving birthing techniques as well as giving therapeutic suggestions to common aches and pains. All levels of experience are welcome.

kids YOGA:

We offer two different kids yoga classes: 2-5 years old (Fridays) and 4-6ish (Saturdays). In this class 30 minute class we will explore breathing and yoga postures through creative storytelling, playful exercises, and child-oriented meditations. We'll practice making playful yoga shapes and learn how to use breathing and relaxation techniques to release our energy to feel happy and healthy. Parents, we invite you to practice alongside your kiddos!

postpartum + Baby:

Baby + Me - This class is for new Mamas, Papas, and their little ones! Spend special time with your baby yogi on the mat, enjoying gentle and playful poses to relax the body, clear the mind, and bring you and baby even closer. (6 weeks - pre crawlers)
