Free for all BIPOC
Part movement, part breath, part sound. In the River Sessions we utilize our body’s natural ability to self regulate to heal ourselves on a soul level. Through this guided virtual ceremony we will commune with the ancestors, the elements, and spirit to move through emotions both alive and repressed within the body, transmuting them like water. Water does not judge, it flows, carving rocks, forming oceans, bringing life. We will witness ourselves through the eyes of the waters, the mother, love.
Please bring a cup of water, flowers or herbs (dried, fresh, or foraged), and a candle to the ceremony. If possible please wear white. We will begin with a group altar share (for those that feel comfortable) and a water blessing ritual.
If possible, please arrive 3 minutes prior to 7 pm so we can open with sacred silence in the 7/7 7PM portal and sit with our sister silence for the full minute.
