Being a tween can be tough. We like to think of yoga for tweens as their bridge between childhood and adolescence. Yoga helps them understand what’s going on, giving them time to step back from the everyday, and it helps them see themselves better in the context of their new reality.
As a 5th grade teacher at Fox Chase School James has had the opportunity to teach yoga daily to his students. He has seen the benefits it can have on this age group and is excited to share Kundalini Yoga with the Mama's Wellness Joint Tween community!
During this four week course we will dive deep into discovering our true self. We will do this through meditation, movement and breath work. Ages 8-15 are encouraged.
