We do so much to prepare ourselves for conception. We start taking our prenatal vitamins, we get off our birth control, we plan out our finances, and sometimes we start our fertility plan. But are there things we could be doing nutritionally to help support conception? In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll go through the nutritional steps you can start taking today to prime your body for creating a little extension of you. We’ll break down why nutrition is so important, the mechanisms at play (outside of the obvious!) and how nutrition impacts you.  Whether you’re in the process of conceiving or thinking about starting the process in a few months, this workshop is for you. It’s never too early or too late to start thinking about the role nutrition plays in our fertility. Bring a journal, a pen, and plenty of questions!
