  • 10:30 am - 11:00 am : Toddler Yoga(ages 2-4) with Ella
  • 11:30 am - 12:15 pm : Mama’s Movin with Ella (little babes - 4 yrs)
  • 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm : Mommy & Me with Sarah K.
  • 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm : Prenatal with Paige
  • 7:30 pm - 8:45 pm : Align & Flow(*B) with Paige (no class 5/25)

Tuesday

  • 7:00 am - 8:00 am : Rise & Shine(*B) with Daniel ($10)
  • 9:15 am - 10:15 am : Align & Flow(*B) with Paige (*B)
  • 10:30 am - 11:45 am : Prenatal with Deb
  • 4:30 pm - 5:45 pm : Prenatal with Paige
  • 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm : Align & Flow(*B) with Betty (*B)

Wednesday

  • 9:30 am - 10:15 am : Baby Bump Boot Camp with Kate
  • 10:30 am - 11:45 am : Prenatal with Paige
  • 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm : Mommy & Me with Michelle (6 wks - crawlers)
  • 5:15 pm - 5:45 pm : PM Meditation with Betty (donation only)

  • 10:00 am - 11:15 am : Gentle Vinyasa with Paige (*B)
  • 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm : Breastfeeding Support Group with Danielle Chu (no class 7/23)
  • 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm : Prenatal with Paige

  • 9:00 am - 9:45 am : Mama’s Movin with Michelle (crawlers - age 4)
  • 10:00 am - 11:15 am : Gentle Vinyasa with Paige (*B)

  • 9:15 am - 10:15 am : Align & Flow(*B) with Sarah
